JobPilot stores the information you add to manage your job search, such as applications, companies, recruiter contacts, notes, documents metadata, emails metadata, notifications, and user preferences.
How we use data
We use your data to provide and improve the service (e.g. dashboard, analytics, reminders, search, exports), troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Storage & retention
Data is stored in a managed database. We keep it while your account is active, or as required for legal, billing, or security purposes. (Placeholder — confirm retention policy later.)

Your rights
